Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we send an order confirmation or ship the product. We may decline or cancel any order, including for pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock limitations. If we cancel a paid order, we refund it in full.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Pre-order pricing is available only while a pre-order window is open and applies only to the units on that order. Sales tax is added where required. Payment must clear before we ship.

Our fitment guidance, vehicle lists, and model pages are provided in good faith to help you choose the right size. Work truck bodies vary widely by upfitter, model year, and options, so fitment information is guidance, not a guarantee. You are responsible for verifying the dimensions of your fuel door opening before ordering. If we get it wrong, our return policy covers you.

If you are unsure, send us a photo and a measurement before you order and we will confirm the correct part.

The Work Truck Fuel Vault is a bolt-on product designed for straightforward installation using common hand tools. You are responsible for installing it correctly and safely, following our installation guide and any applicable vehicle manufacturer, upfitter, or regulatory requirements.

Do not modify the product. Do not install in a way that obstructs a fuel filler, vent, or emergency access required by law or by the vehicle manufacturer. Improper installation or modification voids the warranty.

Our products carry a limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for the original purchaser, plus a 30-day money-back guarantee. The warranty does not cover normal cosmetic wear, damage from accidents, collisions, abuse, unauthorized modification, improper installation, or forced entry attempts. Warranty registration helps us process claims faster.

The Work Truck Fuel Vault is a strong physical deterrent, not a guarantee against theft. No lock is impervious to a determined attacker with enough time and tools.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to a product or these terms will not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost fuel, lost profits, downtime, towing, or rental costs. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

The Work Truck Fuel Vault name, logo, product designs, photographs, and site content are owned by AMI Transportation, LLC and protected by trademark, copyright, and pending patent rights. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without written permission. Vehicle and upfitter brand names appearing on this site are the property of their respective owners and are used only to describe fitment. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those companies.

You agree not to scrape, mirror, or bulk-copy site content for a competing catalog; interfere with the operation of the site; misrepresent your identity when applying for dealer, fleet, or referral programs; or resell our products in violation of an agreed dealer agreement.

The site links to our sister brands and to third-party resources. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in or serving Sarasota County, Florida, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

We may revise these terms at any time. The version in effect when you place an order governs that order. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.
