Shipping Policy

Standard ground shipping is free on all orders shipped within the 50 U.S. states. There is no minimum order. Expedited service is available at cost; contact us before ordering if you need it.

In-stock orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern on a business day typically ship the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the following business day.

Pre-order units ship in the order they were received when that production run is completed. We email you the expected ship window when your pre-order is confirmed and again when it ships.

Once shipped, standard ground delivery is typically 2 to 6 business days depending on distance from Florida. Transit time is not guaranteed and can be affected by weather, carrier volume, and holidays.

You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your label is created. If your tracking has not updated within 3 business days of shipment, contact us and we will chase it with the carrier.

Large fleet orders may ship as multiple parcels or on a pallet by LTL freight, depending on quantity. We coordinate the delivery appointment and any liftgate or dock requirements with your fleet contact before dispatch. Freight on qualifying fleet orders is quoted with your pricing.

Stocking dealers and distributors ship on the terms in their dealer agreement, including drop-ship options direct to their customers. Contact your rep or our dealer team to set up drop-shipping.

We ship to Canada and select international destinations by quote. The customer is responsible for all duties, taxes, brokerage, and customs fees, which are collected by the carrier at delivery and are not included in our pricing. Contact us with your address and quantity for a shipping quote.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Carrier address-correction fees on an incorrect address supplied by the customer are passed through. If a package is returned as undeliverable, we reship once the corrected address is provided and reshipment cost is covered.

We can ship to APO and FPO addresses via USPS. PO Box delivery is available on smaller orders; larger or freight shipments require a physical street address.

If a shipment is lost or arrives damaged, contact us right away. We file the carrier claim on your behalf and get a replacement moving. Please keep the original packaging until the claim is resolved.
