Return Policy

If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a return authorization. Return the product in resalable condition with all hardware and we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method.

Refunds are issued within 5 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.

To qualify for a full refund the product must be complete and undamaged.

• All original hardware, keys, and packaging included
• No drilling, cutting, painting, or other modification
• Normal test-fitting is fine; heavy installation wear, adhesive residue, or scratches from use may reduce the refund
• Security screws and other opened consumable hardware are non-refundable if used

If you ordered the wrong size, we will exchange it. Contact us with your order number, a photo of the fuel door opening, and its measurements. We will confirm the correct part and send exchange instructions. On fitment exchanges within the first 30 days we cover the outbound shipping on the replacement.

Do not ship anything back before contacting us. Returns received without an authorization can be delayed or refused.

• Provide your order number, the part number, and the reason for return
• We issue a return authorization and the return address
• Pack the product securely and ship it with tracking
• Email us the tracking number so we can watch for it

For a change-of-mind return, the customer pays return shipping. For a defective product, a shipping error on our part, or a fitment exchange within 30 days, we cover the shipping. Original shipping charges on the initial order are refunded only if the return is due to our error.

Defects in materials or workmanship are covered by our limited lifetime warranty for the original purchaser. Send us photos of the issue and your order details. If it is a covered defect, we ship a replacement at no charge. The warranty does not cover damage from accidents, abuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification, or forced entry attempts.

Custom or special-order configurations, and products damaged by installation, modification, or misuse, are not eligible for refund. Fleet and dealer orders are governed by the terms on our fleet and dealer terms page.

Inspect your shipment on arrival. If the box or product arrived damaged, photograph the packaging and the product and contact us within 5 business days. We will file the carrier claim and get a replacement moving right away.
