Technical Specifications

The Work Truck Fuel Vault is engineered from a proprietary High-Impact Polymer Composite. Unlike steel brackets, our advanced material is built specifically for the rigors of the road and high-exposure chassis environments.

Impact Resistance

High-Impact Polymer Composite

Engineered to withstand high-velocity impact from road debris. Roughly 3/16" thick reinforced material that is virtually unbreakable under real-world driving and jobsite conditions.

UV Stabilization

Automotive-Grade UV Inhibitors

Infused with automotive-grade UV inhibitors to prevent fading, chalking, or structural degradation in high-exposure climates — tested for Florida and Arizona sun.

Chemical Resistance

100% Chemically Inert

Completely inert to diesel, gasoline, DEF, and road salts. Will not pit, rust, or corrode — unlike steel or chrome, this material is purpose-built for high-exposure chassis environments.

Thermal Stability

-40°F to 220°F

Rated for operating temperatures across the full spectrum — ensuring structural integrity from freezing winter jobsites to desert heat.
