Fleet & Dealer Terms
Last updated: August 11, 2026
These terms apply to fleet accounts, municipal and government buyers, dealers, distributors, and upfitters purchasing The Work Truck Fuel Vault in volume. They supplement our general Terms of Service. Where a signed dealer or fleet agreement exists, that agreement controls.
Who Qualifies
Fleet pricing is available to businesses, municipalities, utilities, and agencies purchasing multiple units for vehicles they own or operate. Dealer and distributor pricing is available to established truck equipment dealers, upfitters, body builders, and parts distributors who resell to end users.
Volume Pricing
Pricing improves with quantity and is quoted per program. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Fleet quotes are tied to the quantity quoted; reducing the quantity may change the unit price. Contact our team for a written quote before issuing a purchase order.
Purchase Orders and Payment Terms
We accept purchase orders from qualified fleet, municipal, and dealer accounts. New accounts are typically prepay or credit card for the first order. Net terms may be extended after a credit review and are subject to a signed credit application.
Past-due balances may be subject to a late charge and may pause open orders until the account is current.
Government and Municipal Purchasing
We work with municipal fleets, school districts, utilities, and state and local agencies. We can provide W-9s, certificates of insurance, quotes on agency forms, and sole-source or specification letters where our patent-pending design is the required solution. Ask our team for the documentation your purchasing office needs.
Dealer Program Requirements
Dealers are expected to represent the product accurately and maintain service quality.
- Maintain a business location, resale certificate, and appropriate insurance
- Meet a modest opening stocking order and a reasonable annual volume
- Use approved product names, photography, and claims in all advertising
- Honor our published warranty terms for end customers
- Do not list on unauthorized third-party marketplaces without written approval
Territories
Territory protection is available to qualified stocking dealers and distributors, granted by written agreement and tied to performance. Territories are not exclusive unless the agreement expressly says so and can be adjusted or withdrawn where volume commitments are not met, with notice.
Pricing and Advertising
Dealers set their own retail pricing. We publish a suggested retail price and ask that advertised pricing not undercut the program in a way that damages other dealers. Marketing assets we supply may be used only to promote genuine Work Truck Fuel Vault products.
Freight and Drop-Shipping
Freight terms are set in your program. Dealers may drop-ship direct to their customers using our packaging. Contact us to enable drop-shipping on your account.
Warranty Handling on Volume Accounts
The limited lifetime warranty against defects follows the product to the end user. Dealers should submit warranty claims on behalf of their customers with photos and the original invoice; we ship replacements to the dealer or direct to the end user, whichever is faster.
Returns on Volume Orders
Fleet and dealer orders may be returned in unused, resalable condition within 30 days with authorization. Stock rotation and restocking terms for ongoing dealer accounts are set in the dealer agreement.
Term and Termination
Either party may end a dealer or distributor relationship with written notice. On termination we will repurchase unsold, current, resalable inventory in original packaging on the terms of the agreement, and the dealer stops using our trademarks and marketing assets.
